Empowering Neurodivergent Minds, Together

At ND Mind, we believe every brain deserves to be understood, accepted and celebrated.

Our mission is simple:

To build a neuro-affirming community that offers services, support, and connection — evolving responsively to meet people’s needs.

Grounded in lived experience, we do this through inclusiveness, collaboration, education, and empowerment.

How we help

Therapy (telehealth)

Individual sessions for adults — support with burnout, identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions.

We also run group sessions from time to time, enquire if interested.

Adult ADHD/Autism Screening and Assessment.

We provide neuro-affirming diagnostic assessments for adults.

If you are curious but unsure of the expense, or need for, a full diagnostic assessment? We also provide a screening service that can offer insight and guidance.

Neuro-Affirming Support (ADHD/autism and beyond)

Specialised support for ADHD/autistic adults and people exploring neurodivergence —including AFAB masking and late identification —without requiring a diagnosis.

Community

ND Mind is building toward a broader neuro-affirming community with allied health, education, and practical supports as capacity grows.
